I listen almost daily to Rejuvenation – I think it’s my favorite….it surely has an impact on me. I wake renewed and ready to take on the new day. I have solved many “problems” during my meditation and slumber which then become solutions the following morning. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy that meditation session.
