Reiki is a method of energy healing that came to this country from Japan. In this first course we look at Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) from a number of perspectives, examine how energy flows through the Chakras (energy centers) within the body, how to do a traditional Reiki Treatment and a few variations using Gemstones and a pendulum. We teach you how to use this energy on yourself and make it a part of your daily life.
During this class you will be attuned to the first level of Reiki, allowing you to become a Reiki practitioner as you will be attuned to this healing energy.
This is a two day course and will require some self-study and additional learning outside of the structured class (lunch is not included).
