Experience and learn more about the centers of energy within and surrounding your physical body. These energy centers, known as Chakra's, are a system that promotes emotional, physical and spiritual health and well being in us. This workshop takes you through meditations that allow you to explore your Chakras.
We also take you in depth into each of these energy centers and what information they hold about your health and well being.
Understanding of the Chakras is important for energy healers (i.e. Reiki practitioners) and those that work with vibration therapies. In this three hour workshop, Bob and Lisa will aid you in developing your knowledge and experience of the Chakras.
